Q: I have questions before I order. May I speak to someone?
A: Yes! Our friendly store staff is happy to answer any questions you have before placing an order.
You can call us directly at 414-476-6887 during our regular operating hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 10 to 5.
Our complete, up-to-date hours are also always listed at the bottom of every page on the Half Nuts Website.
Q: What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
A: We work hard to keep our inventory accurate. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately by phone or email with your options:
- Wait for restocking: We will provide an estimated arrival date and hold your order until it is complete.

Ship a partial order: We will ship the available items right away and refund the out-of-stock item.
- Cancel for a full refund: We will cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund.
- Choose an alternative: We can suggest a similar product that meets your needs.
Q: May I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your order if you contact us before it is processed. We strive to ship all orders within 24 to 72 hours, so please call us immediately at 414-476-6887 to request a change. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Q: May I return products that I have already received?
A: Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to customer error. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we will fix it. Please contact us within three (3) days of delivery (as verified by UPS tracking). We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge to you.
Q: How do you use my personal information?
A: We only use your information to process and fulfill your order. Your phone number is strictly used if we have questions about your delivery, and your email is used to send your shipping confirmation or to clarify order requirements. We never sell or share your data with outside parties.
